My Mother’s On Facebook!?

Published by anthonyd at 5:58 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

Facebook - We all have it nowadays.
But it came to the point where A LINE WAS CROSSED.
On that fateful Friday we just had, my 8 year old cousin signed up for Facebook.
Now, I can understand how our youth are getting more and more ‘outrageous’, but thats just bloody well stupid.

First of all, how, in the name of the lord, would an 8 year old even know how to navigate around Facebook, I wouldn’t know, but what I do know is that Facebook’s networks are spreading too damn far! Soon we’ll all be controlled under Facebook’s regimes of checking new notifications and buying ‘Humans For Sale’! And then Facebook will be out ultimate leader.

And if that wasn’t enough, my mother has facebook now. My MOTHER.
The shame of it! My mother in my friend’s list! In all lovey-dovey happiness, yes I love my mother very much, but thats a damn step too far!

Okay, maybe I’m slightly exaggerating, but my gosh Facebook is too big.

But I guess it can’t be all a bad thing.
At least now I won’t forget my mother’s birthday and make her cry (like last year).
